Promote consistent flawless operational execution of each and every customer experience and in turn increase the frequency of repeat purchase. Develop a clear three year business/ operational plan working in collaboration with the franchise partners focused around optimising the sales growth, profitability and control on the major input costs such as COGS, and COL and other manager controllable, as well as being responsible for broader state based sales budget

The role is required to spend a minimum of 10 hours in each of their stores every 2 months. You'll be required to communicate via phone and email to maintain relationships between the Stores and Support Office – It is essential to conduct a Business Performance Review with each of the franchise partners at a required frequency to review and discuss the targets set for each month and explore active solutions for any performance gaps in Sales, Customer Growth, Operations Compliance, Service, Training and key profitability controls.

Skills and experience:

  • Ensure operational compliance, growing sales and profitability and focus on key areas of opportunity within the business to ensure operational and financial performance
  • Strong understanding of San Churro store operations and our core values
  • Required to act as the middle point between Franchise Partners and Support Office and must maintain strong relationships with both these groups to effect positive change
  • Liaise with stores regarding areas of concerns and reporting through to Support Office
  • Assists in the implementation of new programs in store to ensure store compliance
  • Assist in delivering Franchise Partner Training
  • Assist in new store rollouts – setting up stores, training new staff and initial operational support

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Hospitality Managerial experience
